Ingoldisthorpe Hall
Residential conservation, extension and alterations
Ingoldisthorpe, Kings Lynn, Norfolk
Previously, this magnificent Grade II* stately home from 1745 and set in 33 acres was unoccupied, derelict and featured on the English Heritage 'Buildings at Risk' register. After a painstaking and sympathetic restoration process over several years with A Squared as the lead consultant and working in consultation with English Heritage, the hall was lovingly restored with no expense spared. Together with the adjacent gothic Victorian Folly, which was converted into a four bedroom dwelling and four estate cottages which were extended and renovated, the estate has been brought back to life, being the recipient of an award from the CPRE in the process. Ingoldisthorpe Hall now provides luxury bed & breakfast accommodation, holiday cottages and hosts fitness camps, business functions, weddings and parties.
