Stoke Holy Cross, Norfolk
We worked with the landowner and the developer, Ingram Homes, initially securing outline planning consent for residential development of the site and subsequently undertook the detailed design and technical design. The development provided a mix of 19 detached and semi-detached houses and bungalows including open market and affordable housing. RIBA Norfolk Design and Craftmanship ‘Houses and Housing’ Awards winner.
